In case of Product Dissatisfaction
In case you are dissatisfied with the product on any reason, you can return the product with full refund.
Conditions of Refund

Product returned must not be washed or used before returning.

The product must be returned within three (3) days after receiving the product, counting from the day you sign to receive the product.

When we receive the product back, we will refund the money the amount you paid via bank transfer within 3 working days.

Product returned must not be washed or used.

Product returnable must be bought on regular price.

Product must be returned for new one within seven (7) days after receiving, counting from the day you sign to receive the product.

You can return the product for new one, free of charge only 1 time. The next time you are entitled to pay for postage fee at 100 baht per item.

If you opt to return for new one, you are no more eligible for money refund in any case.

We are willing to replace the product in case problems and defects are found on the product, with100 % free postage charge.

We will replace the product with new one, and will be responsible for postage charge of sending new one back to buyer. The sending back will be within three (3) days after we receive the product back.

We will send back the new one without any additional cost to buyer.
